nice ambience friendly staff helpful staff
The breakfast area was organised wonderfully and had a NICE ambience. The bar remained open quite late and the staff were friendly. I found the checkout staff VERY helpful in securing a taxi to the station.
There was a slight issue with slow service from the lifts.

The service I received from every staff member was superb. I found the room very spacious, it featured a comfortable bed and a super clean bathroom. The breakfast offered good variety.

bacon sandwich helpful staff
the staff were very helpful! in the morning i did not have time to get breakfast as my taxi was for 06:40, and the person working that moment ran off to the kitchen to get me a bacon sandwich to take with me. i thought that was wonderful, and i hope he gets to read this, as it was hugely appreciated by me.
the plumbing was a bit challenging. it was really hard to adjust a suitable temperature and the taps are just appalling.

The family room had two very comfortable double beds. The quality of pillows and duvets was superb. Breakfast offered a great variety and was really good. The shower was amazing.
